THAT'S THE GOSPEL CD

When I was a little kid I loved the old gospel hymns. When I was a teenager playing in rock bands I'd switch over to the old hymns on my Mustang's AM radio as I returned from gigs. I guess I am forever hooked on the old classics. But the really cool thing is that when working with the youth of today, they too are drawn to this particularly American and wholly traditional form of worship music. I like that. Aside from allowing me to share my joy in these old songs it says something about their staying power in our Christian culture.
